Melissa Pritchard is a Vice President at SFCS and has over 15 years of experience with an emphasis on the roles of project management and design.  She has managed and planned major projects for retirement, commercial, residential, non-profit, and educational clients. Melissa also specializes in the design for resident directed care and the culture change model.  Melissa studied at the University of Tennessee earning a Bachelor of Architecture and at Krakow Polytechnic University in Krakow, Poland.
