Narrative
SFCS has worked with Allstate since 1987, meeting the changing needs of its 174,500-square-foot Regional Operations Center office building.  All work, including approximately $8 million worth of renovations planned in six construction phases, has been accomplished without requiring any Allstate employee downtime.

Services performed include feasibility studies; master planning coordination; and space planning for 1,200 modular, open office spaces, expanding the 780-employee capacity by 54%.   Upgrades were made to all building finishes and furnishings.  Audio/visual functions and a platform for meeting purposes were added to the updated cafeteria.  Conference areas were converted to provide fast-start training formats.  Additionally, major electrical and mechanical system upgrades were performed and the building was brought into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
