Narrative
This three-story, 66,000 square foot medical office building (MOB) houses outpatient imaging services, outpatient testing, lab, EKG, pre-surgical testing and a pharmacy on the first floor.  The upper two floors are leased medical office space.

The MOB connects to a 450-car parking structure. Design also includes connections to the existing Carilion Rehabilitation Center and Cancer Center and fosters the Carilion campus development plan.

SFCS began the design of a second Roanoke MOB for Carilion in 2004. This building, along with a recently completed multistory parking garage, is the latest in a line of hospital and clinic projects for Carilion and Roanoke Memorial Hospital that dates back to the 1950s.
