Narrative
Highland Park is a unique living environment nestled into the outskirts of Sellersville, PA. The project is in design and is anticipated to be a LEED certified project based on the use of sustainable materials and efficient energy systems. The architectural program is envisioned to be an arts and crafts destination. Space for related retail shops is designated on the plan in order for this complex to be considered a place to live, work, play, dine, and recreate.
Highland Park is conceived in the model of a small “new town,” yet it is naturally small, compact and heavily influenced by the beauty of the surrounding area. The design has been wonderfully embraced by the sponsor, Rockhill Mennonite Community.
