Narrative
The heart of Rosecliff’s campus is surrounded by a loop road providing access to the Community Center and apartment buildings. The three buildings contain 137 clubhouse apartments, and are connected at the first floor to provide access to Community Center activities. Each apartment is designed to support the needs of today’s active seniors, such as individual temperature controls, master bedrooms with walk-in closets, and stacked washer and dryer units, among other amenities.

Carriage homes create a border on three sides of the site, and are arranged in small neighborhoods accessed by short cul-de-sacs. There are 42 carriage homes with four home styles from which to choose ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 1,800 square feet. Sidewalks join the carriage home neighborhoods to the Community Center, with access to the elevated terrace at the south side of the Community Center. These homes provide Rosecliff residents with the independence of a private home within the security of the Rosecliff community.
