California Veterans Home

The SFCS team, with Jacobs and Clark Construction was awarded the first "Person Centered Care" Community by the California Department of Veterans Affairs in October of 2009. The total project consists of a total of four 15 bed RCFE (Assisted Living) Households, two 15 Bed Memory Care households and a total of four 15 bed skilled nursing households. The design focuses on enhancing quality of life for our veterans by increasing caregiver and homemaker contact time with residents.
