Wesley Pines determined the need to replace their existing Health Care Center. The new Health Care Center is located on the existing campus adjacent to the existing skilled nursing and assisted living facility. There are 62 resident bedrooms divided into two (2), 31 resident bed households. Each household includes private and semi-private rooms, each with a private bath. Resident living and dining areas, and nursing support functions are also provided in each household. Other shared areas include: physical/occupational therapy, barber/beauty salon, medical records and staff support spaces.
