Joe brings over 25 years of electrical design experience as an electrical designer on numerous Senior Living communities, higher education facilities, and civic/public buildings.   As an electrical engineer he is responsible for the design of lighting, power distribution, communications and alarm systems.  He holds a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
