Manjit Toor, CEO of SFCS has extensive management experience with a wide variety of construction projects.  He studied at Oklahoma State University earning a M.S. in Structural Engineering and at Punjab University in Punjab, India earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  Manjit has served as project principal and manager for numerous multi-million dollar projects.  He has spoken on project management issues at national conferences on aging.  Mr. Toor has over 30 years of experience and is especially skilled at handling large, complex projects with multiple schedule and budget constraints.
