The Deupree House is an Urban Continuing Care Retirement Community that underwent comprehensive strategic planning and master planning to reposition the existing campus. The significant new program features implemented in the expansion and addition include 60 new independent living units, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, and resort style amenities for active aging consumers that support lifestyle, enhance experience and offer more choices.
