This life-care community was expanded and renovated to enhance the lives of existing and future residents. To meet the demand for larger, upscale apartments, increased dining options and other amenities, the community added a skillfully-sited 14-story residential tower. Its appealing, unusual serpentine shape maximizes bay views in each of its 164 spacious apartments (1,009 to 1,840 SF).
The renovation of the existing tower included 56 assisted living units with; dining room expansion; and a new Main Street. The healthcare wing renovation increased the number of private rooms, eliminated large nursing desks, and decentralized services, and offers expanded medical services to both residents and seniors in the community.
The community now boasts even more green space than before the expansion, despite adding over 300,000 SF of new construction.
