Mariposa at Bethany Beach, PUMH Inc.'s new CCRC, will offer a complete continuum of care and the market-competitive amenities and residences needed to appeal to today's active seniors.  Located on 42.9 acres in Bethany Beach, DE, this new CCRC will include 140 IL apartments, 13 carriage homes, 40 AL apartments, 15 memory support units, and 39 nursing beds. The program also includes a state-of-the art wellness center with fitness, physical therapy, and a pool. The design will be energy efficient and focus on water conservation and use of natural and recycled materials as it pursues LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
