Leonard provides construction administration services and works with the contractor to make sure the project is completed on schedule and meets construction requirements.  He has 27 years experience and as a Certified Construction Specifier, he demonstrated his ability to write and interpret construction contract documents, and as a Certified Construction Contract Administrator he has expertise in construction contract administration procedures. Leonard studied Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech and Engineering at Virginia Western Community College.
