Stephen Laughlin serves as a project manager and oversees the project through design and construction while working with the project team and reporting to the project principal. Stephen has over 25 years experience in project management and construction administration.  He has recently spoken at several state and national conferences on how to deliver projects on time and under budget.  Stephen studied Architectural Technology at Virginia Western Community College and Environmental Engineering & Building Construction at Virginia Tech.
