Strategic Planning as a Way to Success

Our firm has been actively planning for the future through strategic planning and careful preparation for succession and transition at all levels.  SFCS's leadership has been dedicated to this effort for many years.  We engage in strategic planning to ensure SFCS's continued success, and to create an environment that is both exciting and satisfying; one that provides advancement opportunities for all of our employees.

In 2006, we commissioned the professional firm of PSMJ Resources, Inc. to conduct an image study as part of our strategic planning.  The goal of this study was to gain an unbiased perspective of how our clients and other industry professionals view us.  The information was insightful and helpful in sharing with our employees the strengths we have, as well as the opportunities for improvement.

We then took steps to begin implementing recommendations from PSMJ developed from survey observations.  Our firm has seen the benefits of strategic planning and is of the mindset that firms who plan wisely and implement that plan successfully, are more likely to not just survive, but grow with the changing times.
