The Pines at Davidson

The Pines at Davidson is a long time client of SFCS. Having designed the original community in the 1980's, we have recently completed the design of an addition to the Healthcare building, Wellness Center, Assisted Living, new duplex cottages, and an expansion to the existing Community Center. Most recently the 3-story Independent Living apartment buildings known as the "Villa's" expands the housing options at The Pines. Each Villa houses 12 residential apartments with 4 state-of-the-art apartments on each floor. A centralized elevator is oriented to serve each  floor.  New apartments  feature granite countertops, upgraded appliances, built-in casework, and crown molding.
