Cross Keys Village is the ninth largest single site, non-profit CCRC in the country, serving 900+ residents.

Acquiring 15 acres of property early in 2018,  Cross Keys Village now had space for a new type of residential living on campus: the Hearthside Home Villas. Each villa has 10 units with 5 floor plans ranging from 1260 sf to 1740 sf. Each residence has their own parking garage and ample storage space.

Neighbors in each villa at Hearthside are able to gather together in a comfortable shared first floor living space. Residences can choose between several color packages and upgrades within their respective units. The first cluster houses three villas, arranged around a common lawn that connects to the existing Harmony Ridge community building on campus. Future expansion includes the addition of six more villa buildings with two per cluster.
