Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC) offers a variety of residential choices to seniors. LSC has an ambitious vision of the future for senior living and sought to develop a vibrant independent living community for active seniors.

In collaboration with LSC, SFCS developed a master plan fora green‑site community overlooking the famous Intracoastal Waterway in Wilmington, NC. The new community, Trinity Landing, offers beautiful residences, the amenities of a wellness‑focused resort, and all the conveniences of a charming coastal town.

It features a state‑of‑the‑art wellness center; multiple restaurant venues; a heated indoor pool; a salon and spa; a library and media center; a convenience store; an art studio; and gathering rooms for clubs, meetings, and other events.

58 new villa apartments in two‑story buildings were developed with over six residences per building during Phase I. The villas are located within a loop road that allows for enjoyable views of a garden greenway and to the Intracoastal Waterway. Finally, the Villa Neighborhood also includes a small clubhouse with views of the water for social gatherings.
